The Strikes For Kids Bike Giveaway program rewards local student-athletes ranging from ages 6-13 years old for their athletic and academic successes. Since we launched the program in 2018, we have awarded more than 200 bikes in communities across the country. These hardworking children are surprised by the bikes by the host athlete in addition to being treated to an evening of pizza and unlimited arcade games
backpack giveaway program
The Strikes For Kids Backpack Giveaway acknowledges the financial burden school supplies can be on families. This program aims to alleviate some of the back-to-school stress by providing backpacks filled with school supplies. The Strikes For Kids Backpack Giveaway Program presented by Backpacks USA provided approximately 2,000 filled backpacks in our first year of the program in 2017. Since then, that number has grown to 3,500 in 2018, 5,000 in 2019. Before COVID-19, we had planned to reach 6,000 in 2020. However, due to the uncertainty of 2021, we will turn our focus to next year with hopes to give away 6,000 in 2022 to students nationwide, ensuring them a successful start to the school year.

The Strikes For Kids Toy Giveaway program rewards 50-100 local student-athletes ranging from ages 6-13 years old for their athletic and academic successes. These children are surprised by the brand new toys by the host athlete and being treated to an evening of pizza and unlimited arcade games.
scholarship giveaway program
The Strikes For Kids Scholarship Program provides scholarships to high school seniors to assist them with the high costs of college tuition, housing, books, etc. Scholarship awarded range between $250-$1,500. Requirements- To qualify for The Strikes For Kids Scholarship Program, students must hold a minimum 3.0 GPA, completed 40+ hours of community service, and have participated in an extracurricular activity for a minimum of two years. Applicants must also submit a 2,000-word essay on why they want to go to college and how they can apply what they learn in college to help better their community.
